If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, 50 percent of the first night will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Travelling North on the a9: Exit A9 at 'Kingussie/Kincraig. Go down the slip road and at the junction turn left. You are now on the A86 (High Street). *Immediately on the left there is a small Close called 'The Glebe'. Next you will see a modern telephone box, on the left, on the corner of Manse Road. Turn into Manse Road and the Hotel drive is 2nd on the left. The Hotel is at the top of the drive, the private car park at the front of the Hotel. Travelling South on the A9: Exit A9 at 'Kingussie' exit. At the junction turn right. You are now on the A86, go under the A9 bridge and go past the slip road for the A9, due North. The directions are now the same as above from *.
